This project was built to modernize and simplify the hospitality experience through innovative mobile ordering technology. Designed with the health and safety of guests and staff in mind, the platform eliminates the need for physical menus, receipts, and payment terminals—enabling a truly contactless dining experience.

Key Features

Contactless Ordering & Payments: Guests can view menus, place orders, and pay directly from their mobile devices—no apps required. No swiping cards, touching shared menus, or waiting for the bill.

QR Code Integration: Every table gets a unique QR code, allowing guests to instantly access a customized menu and place orders associated with their specific table or location.

Seamless Staff Workflow: Orders are routed in real time to the appropriate prep stations—kitchen, bar, or service—reducing miscommunication and boosting efficiency.

Admin Dashboard

We built a full-featured backend dashboard for managers and operators to:

  • Add, edit, or remove menu items
  • Generate new QR codes for tables or zones
  • Access sales analytics, accounting reports, and guest insights
  • Configure payment settings, taxes, and tipping options

Outcome

The platform significantly improved operational efficiency while enhancing the guest experience. By reducing touchpoints and streamlining order flow, restaurants and bars reported faster table turnover, fewer errors, and increased tip percentages. The solution continues to scale across hospitality venues as contactless technology becomes the new standard.
