Local Union 771 of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental, and Reinforcing Iron Workers partnered with us to modernize their internal systems. The primary objective was to streamline payroll and scheduling processes to better serve union members and administrative staff.
Our team was brought on to design and develop a solution that would enhance operational efficiency, reduce administrative overhead, and ensure timely, accurate reporting for the union's workforce.
Due to a strict non-disclosure agreement, we are unable to share specific technical or architectural details of the solution.
Unfortunately, after 8 months of development, the project was halted as a result of a larger internal restructuring within the organization. While the platform was not brought to completion, the engagement laid the groundwork for potential future modernization efforts.
